One KB article I read mentioned "to view mailbox resources in ESM". Is it
the view when you click on mailbox which showing - Last logged on By, Size,
Total items and Last logon time? If not, how to get it?

Also, in Exchange 5.5 the admin program whill show you the size and # of
items for each folder, such as Inbox, Deleted items. Is there a way to view
it in Exchange 2003 ESM?

Yes, you will need to click on Mailboxes under the Mailbox Store in the
First Storage group for mailbox size and number of items.

Thanks, John. But it doesn't show detailed size within the mailbox. Such as
the size for Inbox, Deleted items, Sent, etc. I thought Exch 5.5 admin
program shows that. Is there a way to get that? or I have to script to pull
the information from each server?

"Inbox", "Deleted Items" and "Sent Items" are folders within the
mailbox. You'll have to write (or purloin) code.
