Hi I have a new HTC S710 smartphone running windows mobile 6 with messenger
live.
Most of the time it synchronises OK. Once a day it stops - has a sync error.
looked on other forums and they say switch to another live account (using the
same account details) and resync. That works! What is going on microsoft?
They say it is a microsoft issue. Why should I keep reentering my exact same
hotmail details to resync and get emails etc. Appreciate that when I look at
the home screen I cannot tell if it has synced OK (and see if ther are new
emails.) have to do a manual sync and check status. If it fails then I set it
up again - and then it all works OK - for another day! Any fixes?
