Chris, It is not clear exactly what it is you are trying to minimize.  The 33x37 matrix holds the values to be minimized, but what is the function that you are trying to minimize?-Jim

Other then using a least square method I dont have a function defined yet (trying to figure out what function to use), but essentially I am trying to find out how much of each of the adjustment matrices need to be applied to minimize the original matrices..

Chris, When you say "much of each of the adjustment matrices need to be applied" do you mean some sort of matrix multiplication?  Some scaling and addition?  Post when you have a function in mind for this.-Jim
