Hi gang, have just purchased second hand tower on ebay
but not sure if it has Windows installed yet. Can i download
my windows setup from this computer to the new tower, thanks

well, if you have a retail CD of windows, you can run it on the new
machine.

No, and no.

Your Windows license is for *one* installation. And no, because the present
installation is configured for the hardware is is currently running on.
Windows will need to be installed on the new machine, then configured (with
drivers, etc.) for the new hardware.
