From: yirg.kenya on 15 Apr 2008 05:19 All of a sudden I've lost any streaming video sound or sound from my flv player. Doesn't matter whether I'm using Firefox or IE. Locally on my computer, there's no sound in my saved flv files. Windows media play, real player, I-tunes all work fine. I can hear avi and wmv, no problema. I reinstalled a new set of codecs and reinstalled flashplayer and shockwave, but to no avail. Does anyone know or have an idea of what's going on. My machine is a Dell E510 with XP. TIA.

I suspect (but don't know) that some other app. may be interfering. If this is a recent change, why not run a (windows) system restore back to a date when it was functioning? |
