From: Persicoclan on 10 May 2008 12:08 I have successfully merged data for a letter. I preview and address and greeting blocks show up correctly. When I print some of the data is missing. What am I doing wrong?
From: Bob Buckland ?:-) on 10 May 2008 20:04 Hi Persicoclan, You didn't mention which app you're using for the mailmerge, I'm assuming you're woring in Word 2007? If so you may want to post to the Word mailmerge discussion group using the link below with more specifics on what data is missing (i.e. is it a certain field, or certain merged letters that have missing data, etc), what form/app your merge data is in, etc. =============== <<"Persicoclan" <Persicoclan(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:30798760-1668-44C1-A059-162F8C7E08AB(a)microsoft.com... Yes I am working in word 2007 but my data base is in excel 2007. I am trying to create business letters and the only thing that is showing up in the address block is the state, no name, street address or zip. Nothing is showing up in the greeting line. The thing that is strange I have used the same data base to create my mailing labels and I have done this with no problem. Everything is showing up! Thanks again and hope you can help.
