outlook2007 can't receive hotmail since last weekend

From: Jeff on 8 Jul 2008 15:15 Hi, I've used outlook 2007(12/0.6316.5000) sp1 MSO(12.0.6213.1000) in XP sp3. my outlook connector version is (12.0.4518.1068), my hotmail is free account. This monday I found the last email in my outlook was still Jul 3rd. So I go to hotmail in my IE, there're a lot of new emails. I tried manually click "receive/click(F9)"button several times. No wrong messages or icons appeared at the right corner of the bottom. restart OS several times too. today, I also update the latest Microsoft update for outlook 2007. still no use. Can anyone tell me what should I do now?
