hi, i am relatively new to flash and i am having a problem and it is very
irritating. i am trying to make one movie clip appear to be under another movie
clip. i know that you need to select one clip and press ctrl plus the up
arrow(or down arrow). i have achieved this before, but now when i try it
nothing happens.

if someone could give a simple step by step on exactly how to do this, that
would be great.
