From: elima on 4 Jul 2008 14:28 Can someone help me please? I was working in Access yesterday morning everything was fine. Then when I went back into access to open a database, a login window came up asking for my password. I never set a password, and I can not get into any of my databases or even create a new one without the password. I was told to try tools>security>workgroup, but how do I go to those when I can not get into my access? I have access 2007. Evie
From: Arvin Meyer [MVP] on 4 Jul 2008 15:33 If you are sure that you have never set a password, and that someone else hasn't maliciously done so, you might try uninstalling, then reinstalling Office. If that doesn't work you may have to use a password recovery service. You can use a search engine to find one. -- Arvin Meyer, MCP, MVP http://www.datastrat.com http://www.mvps.org/access http://www.accessmvp.com "elima" <elima(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:FBE1DF94-8052-481D-AA38-0B129E6EED16(a)microsoft.com... > Can someone help me please? From: elima on 4 Jul 2008 15:47 Thank Arvin, I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, but that did not help. I will try and use a password recovery.
