i had some surplus mounting the following microcontrollers

ST ARM9 MTC-20156TQ

PHILIPS ARM VT22152

POWERPc family

MPC555(more than 20 pcs)


i would like to know the easiest and inexpensive way to compile and debug
with one of this 32 bit microcontrollers
