From: dell printer problems <dell printer on 4 Sep 2005 14:51 i have a dell a-940 printer, when i use the scanner my pages come out okay. when i use office word and print in black the first 2 paragraphs print okay but after that it starts fading. Ive have tried the same doc in word perfect same results. If i change the fonts to a colored font all prints out okay. Of course Dell says its not the printer Its the Software. so any help will be appreicated

Have you checked to see if it is clogged? What happens when you print directly from the scanner?
