problem with newly installed serial boards on 2621

From: Thomas75 on 19 Apr 2008 02:44 I just installed the NM-4T 4 port serial board on my 2621 router. but when I do "show interface", I only see two fastethernet interfaces and not the newly installed serial board. is there any extra setup i need to do to make it working? could it be faulty board? Or was that somebody else? >Can I use the 4 port async serial port then? Err, I wouldn't recommend it, Frame-Relay really wants to use the synch serial ports.

Unless of course I decide than Dynamips will do the job for me. I do have a lot of Cisco hands on so I think I will get away with it.
