From: Rosie on 3 Jul 2008 11:43 I sent a meeting invite to a work group distribution list that I had set up and now I want to update the invite with more details. When I look at the scheduling tab I can see the distribution list name and then each person that replied to the invites name is shown individually. When I send the update will all of these people receive two since thier name is listed twice? There are just over 100 names on this list. Any direction would be appreciated. Rosie

No, they will only receive the one update. When you use a distribution list for a meeting request, it only shows the distribution list name at first. As folks reply with an accept/decline the list "Expands" or "Explodes" with the individual information as it arrives and is talley'd. They are still only going to receive one update.
