Really need someones help

Cannot activate shockwave or flash.

I have a little small white box with a red square, green circle and blue
triangle that appears in nearly every website and I cannot even download flash
or shockwave as this small box appears in the top of the web page

Can anyone help with this basic task

Turn down your security settings to minimum security and turn off
anti-virus and pop-up killers, just long enough to install Flash
player and make sure that Flash pages will play. Then put things back
one at a time to see what blocks Flash. It's usually just security
settings too high.
