From: s_m_b on 22 May 2008 10:27 I want to remove/disable the password on my WM5 (MDA Vario) how?
From: Beverly Howard [Ms-MVP/MobileDev] on 22 May 2008 11:22 If you have the password, start/settings/personal/password... ....if you don't, the only option is a hard reset to factory state (you loose everything in main memory) see your manual as hard reset varies with each device. Maybe something to do with T-mobile?
From: Jaap van Ekris on 23 May 2008 07:35 The Lock option in your setting sis the way to enable/disable it. Please remeber that your system administrator (in an Exchange environment) can block your access to it. -- Jaap van Ekris owner ModernNomads.info www.modernnomads.info, Windows Mobile Wiki and blog

That's the same applet- it was renamed "lock" on recent devices (WM5 and up?) |
