I am creating a splashscreen using lingo but i cannot use the hold on current frame. I was wandering if anyone knows a way i can sue lingo for this.

I'm not up on the legal avenues in suing lingo however, you could email someone at Adobe about this... ;-P

Slightly simpler:

go the frame

The word "to" is completely superfluous in this case. Kind of like "set" -
a holdover from the dark days of verbose.
