From: gbkhor on 3 Jul 2008 11:21 Hi I am running WinXP SP2 with IE7 on MS Outlook2003, every time when i click print icon, "res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg" error box will appear. anyone have idea how to fix it, as i had tested reinstall IE and Ms Office, but still the same thanks

To do this, follow these steps: 1. Click Start, click Run, type the following command in the Open box, and then click OK: Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll 2.
