Where A1-n is the number of indicators you must look at and the F is the function which tells what to do with indicators. X is the performance value. What is bad indicator? It is when you tell, let's measure customers' satisfaction in bank loan niche. What exactly do you want? This posting is much to generic/cryptic to be able to help. Furthermore, is this an issues relating to Microsoft Project, a planning and scheduling application, or some other application? If it does relate to MS Project, please explain your end goal with an example of what you want to do. Then, maybe we can help.
