Open the pps-file in Powerpoint. Than choose "File / Save as", open the
"Save as type"-liste and look for the filetype "JPG". Click OK. When you are
asked if you want to save the current slide or every slide click on "Every
slide". Now the entire slideshow will be saved as JPGs - every slide one
JPG.

You can also try: save as->gif and png format
