Is there a way to send CTRL BREAK with a tablet pc? I work with Cisco routers
and need to send that key sequence to the router during boot using
hyperterminal. There is no BREAK key on the onscreen keyboard. (tablet pc
input panel)

Will <ctrl-C> not suffice?

If not, suggest START/RUN/OSK and try that
