From: Michael Vestel on 8 Jul 2008 19:43 I'd like to be able to have three email accounts but all in one profile. I've set it up with a differnet PST file for each and an inbox under each PST file. The problem is all the sent email goes into the same box. One of the accoutns lets me choose which folder, and i've changed that. but the POP email accounts do no have a tab for choosing where sent email is stored. Is there a better way so i can look, sort etc each email account's inbox and outbox seperatly. I need to have it in the same profile, unfortnunatly...
From: Diane Poremsky {MVP} on 8 Jul 2008 23:47 you could use rules to move the sent messages, otherwise, you'd need to set the storage folder when you send the messages. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM ** Please include your Outlook version, Account type, and Windows Version when requesting assistance ** "Michael Vestel" <MichaelVestel(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:F9AD3062-EAE4-4D44-91E7-CA2C88C5E662(a)microsoft.com... > I'd like to be able to have three email accounts but all in one profile. > I've > set it up with a differnet PST file for each and an inbox under each PST > file. > > The problem is all the sent email goes into the same box.
