From: riplead on 30 Mar 2008 21:33 I would like to get an excellent sound card for my home studio to use with Sonar 7 Pro. Any recommendations? Thanks, John
From: Sue Morton on 30 Mar 2008 22:37 Depends a lot on how many ins/outs you need on the card and what driver formats you need supported by the card (gigastudio etc.). Delta (M-Audio) Audiophile 192 is a variant from the 2496 G'Bo mentioned and is a clean sounding card. ~$179 I have one and like it a lot. Echo Audio's Mia (with or without midi) is annother clean card at $129 give or take. -- Sue Morton Glennbo wrote: > In > news:b769c521-937d-4017-9347-e1c5c2341094(a)m44g2000hsc.googlegroups.com > the killer robot riplead <jhalma(a)gmail.com> grabbed the controls of > the spaceship cakewalk.audio and pressed these buttons... > >> I would like to get an excellent sound card for my home studio to use >> with Sonar 7 Pro. I currently use a Soundblaster Audigy 2ZS. I have that one as well - do you find it a little too hissy?

That explains it! lol |
