Does anybody know of a program that will sync email messages from
Windows Live Mail to iPaq? I know SyncExpress does similar job from
Outlook Express.

Try Intellisync from http://www.sync.com/is_desktop_main.html

I'm not sure it works as I have never tried it. But the site states
that it's compatible with Vista.
