I have the BlackJack2, Office Mobile is an application on the device, but
when I connect to active sync the only options I'm giving to sync is photos
and music. Someone, please help! Samsung don't have a clue.

Look in what you sync, your best bet is to use a synchronized folder,
which puts a folder in My Documents which will automatically sync with
your phone when you sync.
