The sysmail_mailitems table in the MSDB database will not shrink. It
currently has 0 rows, 18,999,600 KB reserved, and 18,997,888 KB of data.

I have rebuilt the single index that is atached to that table.

It looks like all of the table that are labeled with a type_desc of
"LOB_DATA" have the same issue....0 data_pages, lots of used_pages, lots of
total_pages.

I have used the sp_delete_mailitems to clear the table and reset the usage
stats.

Any suggestions would be welcome.
