I remember reading once in the spec about the
meaning of triplets (surrounded by parentheses)
such as "(normal, empty, empty)" but which has
since been forgotten ...

Trouble is, I've been scouring the spec but can't
t seem to find that defintion: would someone be
so ind as to quote relevant definition from the
spec for me?

Please forget that posting: I found the defintion
myself "hidden" on p 34 of v5 of the spec under
the "Completion Specification Type" (I've lost
around half my eyesight due to a stroke, so things
like this are easily missed :-(
