Do you know the admin guide at the wiki? http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/Administration_Guide I know few other small tricks (Dutch only, no time yet to translate and add), but not one that you are looking for. Looking at the OOo projects http://projects.openoffice.org/index.html#components I can not tell you at which project list you could ask better. Maybe you can ask on dev(a)documentation.openoffice.org ?
