I regularly use ccache3 (the patch in my above PR) in tinderbox.

That leaves a bunch of zero-length patches in the files dir, but won't
be a problem once the port is updated.

With cache populated, buildworld went from about 9:03 to 6:51!

There is `-E' option in patch(1).

I've been using ccache 3.0.1 via this patch on two hosts + jails and
I've not had any problems. If there is any particular test cases you'd
like run, just let me know.

Otherwise, buildworld/kernel is fine. Building ports has been fine, etc.
