Hi - I have an O2 XDA IIi which shipped with MS Windows 2003.

Is it possible for me to upgrade this device to MS Mobile 5 as this looks a
much better OS?

If so, please tell me how.

Andrew,

The upgrade to Windows Mobile 5.0 will be based on if the OEM decides to
release an update. At this point, O2 has not indicated any such releases
being available. For a list of devices that have announced upgrades coming,
