I want that when user logs on and open this project file he can only see and update his part of the activities only. plz help me if it is possible in MS project 2007 central thanx

If that's what you mean, you will probably get a better response by posting to our sister newsgroup, microsoft.public.project.server. Generally speaking, it is not possible to "lock out" users from parts of a project file. However, if what you have is a consolidated master, the users will only be able to see their individual subprojects if they do NOT have access to the master itself. John Project MVP |
