I nuked the /var/log/mail file and restarted postfix. Here are the results:

I have changed it to read:
smtpd_recipient_restrictions=permit_mynetworks,reject_unauth_destination

&& postfix reload, but no change.

Fix that. Maybe there was a change in BerkeleyDB versions...
