Do they use > Singlepoint to bill? I just moved from Orange to Vodafone. Vodafone customer service is light years ahead of Orange. The Vodafone 3G signal is better than Orange's where I am. I am happy with Vodafone and will not be returning to l'Orange any time soon.

Live in Swansea, work in Neath and Cardiff. No problems with Vodaphone signal/connections; always have trouble with O2 in Cardiff area. Mike

Added bonus with Vodagroan, COULD be their "stop the clock" tariff "add on". On CONTRACT and PAYG you only pay for the first three minutes (of any 60 minutes on the same call) during evenings* and weekends. *EVENINGS = AFTER 19:00 (contract) and AFTER 19:30 on PAYG. Coverage where you are (Cardiff) don't know how good/bad it may be. Customer service. Good On line billing is available, for contract customers. Singlepoint have been taken over by Vodagroan, so the chances are that you may only see "Vodagroan" on your bills, and NOT Singlepoint. Good luck with your decision. |
