From: robstk26 on 25 Jun 2008 20:17 I used Front page to build my site, but on some screens, the page is too big and the pictures and page get shifted. How can I set the page parameters so someone with 800x600 screen size can view my page?

You should use Google and find out what a DIV statement does, other than that, you're not going to be able to do anything about the screen size a user uses at the client machine. You build using 1024x768 the standard, and if the user comes away from that setting, then so be it.
