From: therealbyron on 24 Apr 2008 10:26 Hi - Can anyone describe quickly how to accomplish the following: 1. I want to make a rounded rectangle with three sections and each will have a separate fill type. I tried making a rounded rect. with only a stroke and then drawing 2 lines horizontally to segment it. The problem is that when I use the paint bucket, it's filling the whole rounded rectangle area. Do I need to merge the line segments? Cut them up, etc? Here is a website with a couple of examples that look like what I'm trying to accomplish:http://www.splunk.com/article/2169 2. Related but separate issue is making a selection without accidentally selecting things on another layer. It seems if I click, or click-drag, I keep on switching the layer I'm trying to work in. Any thoughts? Thanks!
