Still having this issue. Looks like the only way to solve it is to delete
the mailbox, remove the user from AD and add them in with the same user
name.

thanks for the post, yes they are set to plain text. All new users can login
no problem, its just the migrated mailboxes that have a problem.

Just curious -- what about "Get-CASMailbox"? Are the mailboxes with a
problem allowed to use that protocol?
