I don't doubt this is a "fine" system but is it any more resistant to
trojans and viri than my cheap system ?? I would gladly sacrifice
some speed for a 100% protected system <grin>.

Anyway, I'm sure you will enjoy this system !!

I don't know. I looked it up on my Dim2400 and my online banking
window crashed. Then the Dim2400 caught on fire. Ooops.

Well, now I'm using the eight year old NCR box.

Definitely worth it for the person with the biggest....

bank account and who wants to have the most expensive laptop around.

Bet you thought I was going to use some other noun after the word biggest.

Liquid cooling? What if one of the O-rings gives away? Does it pee all
over the floor then overheat.

After tearing down an older Alienware laptop in a pile at a local
recycler's recently, I am unimpressed. But then I have become
thoroughly jaded when it comes to computers. How many stone does this
new laptop weigh? The older one was a real clunker, almost as large an
old Compaq luggable. Not something to carry from place to place in your
day job... Ben Myers
