hi,
when i save a word document in 2007 format, the document gets a wihte blank
icon, the document can only be opened from inside office 2007, if you click
the icon on the desk top i get this massege "this action is only valid for
products that currently installed". Thank you

The file association in the registry is missing or incomplete. See
http://www.gmayor.com/Document_Not_Found.htm
