Hello,

I've been sitting a new idea for years now and I believe it would be a great
but I have no idea where to start... I haven't seen anything like it out
there yet, and this brings me to the questions, I have no idea who I need to
approach or get in contact with to discuss the concept and how to get this
whole thing in motion. I guess what I'm looking for is ideas and advice if
anyone has experience in situations like this. It's a technology based idea
that I believe would work perfectly with Microsoft, but as mentioned earlier,
no idea who to contact or how to contact them.

Thanks

You have to remember that Microsoft, (and most corporations)
already have a to-do list that's 20-50-100 years ahead of what actually
hits the market.

I create 3,200+ new product/service "ideas" per week as a profession,
and have logged over 3.6 Million "ideas" in the past 25 years.

So to a Manager its just "An idea", I wouldn't expect much monetary or
otherwise.

If you *really* think it isn't something that somebody thought up
of years ago -or isn't already in my database- and you want to build it
or have it built then use a government service e.g.. Canadian Industrial
Innovation
Centre to do an evaluation/patent search.

This is the only credible service for outsiders I have ever found.

Thanks a lot for your words of wisdom Vincent, I appreciate it.

I'm going to take a look into your advice and check out a gov't site and see
what's out there. Like I've mentioned earlier, I haven't seen anything like
what I'm thinking out there yet (and hopefully it isn't), but once again,
thanks a lot for your advice and a step in the right direction.
