Post any markings on ATI or Conexant chips. How do you know it's an ATI
2000?

Are you in a country that uses PAL?

I'm in the U.S. and it says the following on it

2000 ATI Technologies inc.

but i wrote to ATI and they said its and old tv card and gave me a url
where i can download the drivers and software so thank you and this
case is solved i hope
