Best option is really redesign.
Depending on the data flow, you might consider a scrollable panel
(not great, but quick patch), or (better) using tabs or converting
to a wizard (if it is something that fits the wizard pattern,
with sequencial steps)

I've found converting a busy dialog to a property sheet is a good
alternative or something like:

I think is a nice look.
