HI,

I've added data (pasted it) into an spreadsheet, and now I'm unable to sort
all of the data together. Can anyone tell me why? I had no problems doing
this with Excel 2003, but Excel 2007 won't allow me to sort the two list
together. The columns are all lined up perfectly, so I cannot figure out
what the problem is.

Thanks!

Please describe what you do and what result you get.

So what happens when you try the sort? Does it not sort at all? Does it sort
the wrong data? Something else?
How do you execute the sort? Do you highlight the entire area to be sorted?
Or just highlight one cell.

Fred
