Hi All,

I am converting a number of M$ machines over to Linux
for a customer.

Problem: I can not longer use Go To Assist Express to
assist users over the Internet.

Is there an alternative in Linux?

Many thanks,
-T

What do you want it to do? I have no idea what 'Go To Assist Express' is.

Configure their machines to include a user that has sudo capabilities,
configure the sshd, hosts.allow, iptables and perimeter security to allow
ssh from your location using your keys, then ssh as the user and use sudo to
accomplish the tasks needed from your remote location.

Real easy way to find out....just type that phrase in Firefox's (or
whatever) url field and be taken directly to that software's web site. A
quick glance at the screen should show the average user what this
particular software functions are. Took about 10 secs max here....

......but you knew that already, didn't you?.
