I had some sort of virus which I removed with an anti-spyware program.
However, whenever I try to open any program it says "application not found"
I've run diagnostics but everything comes up clean. I've even tried to
reinstall programs but it won't let me. Suggestions?

Any program or are you specifically discussing Microsoft Outlook which is
the purpose of this newsgroup?

All programs including Outlook. Seem like all my file associations have been
wiped out.

File associations are a function of Windows, you can reset them in Windows
Explorer. It sounds as though you still have some issues going on, you may
want to post in a forum specific to your anti-spyware application or a
Windows forum.
