Run it & if it displays an issue I would test the memory first..........

It could very well be a combination of things needed. Bios certainly is a
possibility, but that can be dangerous to your computer, so, the other usual
suspects are hardware, drivers, or software incompatibilities are the first
thing I'd check.
Go to control panel>admin tools>event viewer, and check in all three
categories for events that have a red error. Click on those, they may
provide more information. You can open the links that are included with the
event, which will open an m$ article that hopefully gives more information.

First, think of what changes or additions were made to the computer before
the crashes began. New hardware/software/ram?

Disconnect all hardware that you don't need, like printer/scanner/cd/dvd
player..anything extra that's plugged into the computer that you don't need.
Then, if no crashes occur, plug one thing in at a time, run the computer for
as long as it takes to see if the computer crashes..process of elimination.
This one, Code 0x000000E3 although what I read pertains to Windows 2000, it
indicates the ntfs file system failure...bugs in Windows that were
supposedly fixed with SP2.
