I have not had time to experiment with this. I am surprised that
removing CS_HREDRAW etc does not work. Thats how flicker can be removed
for CFormview. Only thing I was thinking of was (I am not sure if its
possible) was to remove these or play with WM_SIZE handler in parent of
IWebBrowser2(Its different than CView).
