Hi Diane,

Thank you for your prompt response. We'll certainly delete the forms cache.
What do you mean by "reset the view on the folder"?

http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/resetview.htm - use the second method
if users create custom views as it will only reset the current view; use the
first if they don't normally use custom views as it will remove all the
custom views throughout the mailbox.

If resetting the current view helps a little then stops, use cleanviews
(first method) as it means some other view is corrupted and causing
corruption.
