When I open a form in dialog form upon an onnotinlist event of a combo on
another form it opens in a not desirable size. How to specify the form's size
and make it displayed in the centre?

Try this…
1. Go to Design View
2. Click on Property Sheet and check to see if the following is:
Pop Up= Yes
Auto Center= Yes

Thanx buddy,
But I need the form to be POPPED-UP and CENTERED only when opened via a
macro in dialog form. But not when I normally open it up?
