Created tables forms....everything was ok I changed the relationship order
not the relationship (still uses ID Primary Key) suddenly the table has data
but the forms don't show the data only show one record...how can I populate
the report
design I created too.

Not sure what you mean by the relationship order... a wee bit more
information please. It might also help to show us the RecordSource of your
report. If a query then copy/paste the SQL here...
