Good Evening Everyone!
I am considering a hardware upgrade, and doing a little recon beforehand.

Assuming FreeBSD 7.3 or 8.0 Release and the included X.org, and a simple
entry level NVidia PCI-E display card with DisplayPort + one of the
binary NVidia drivers for FreeBSD. Would the DisplayPort work, say with
my 24" Apple Cinema Display?
If it works at all, should I calculate with any limitation?

Any experience or background knowledge on this would be very much
appreciated.
