I cannot obtain details from system information because WMI is not working.
I have followed two ways to correct this but without success, the link is
shown below. My system is XPpro sp2. Something has happened as i have never
had this issue before, it started showing on event viewer towards end of
|May.

I have deleted files in repository folder as advised in link, but no joy

Problem solved got WMI working by ( rundll32 wbemupgd,
UpgradeRepository) in Run box it repaired and after reboot all worked.
Maybe of help if you have problems using system information not working.
